Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit back to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
